About TNG
Dion Neill
Our founder and business owner Dion Neill is one of New Zealand’s longest serving field agents, process servers, private investigators and security professionals. His career began with a period of service in the New Zealand defence forces, followed by extensive training by former detectives, military personnel, senior police officers and government intelligence specialists. During his time at the Royal New Zealand Police College, Dion gained a Certificate in Investigation Skills and international certification as a fraud examiner.
Dion is a proud recipient of the New Zealand Defence Forces service medal, St John service medal and long service award from the Wellington Free Ambulance. Dion was the finalist for a number of New Zealand and global industry related awards. He was presented with a National Certificate in Security (Level IV), Certificate in Executive Protection (USA), Certificate in Security Operations (Level IV – Australia) and Diploma of Security and Risk Management (Australia) along with a number of other recognised credentials.

The Neill Group (TNG) are Government licensed by the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority (PSPLA) as Private Investigators, Repossession Agents, Personal Guards, Property Guards, Crowd Controllers, Security Consultants, Monitoring Officers and Confidential Document Destruction Agents.
